Als hoofd monteur beveiligingstechniek geef je op locatie leiding aan een team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het installeren en onderhouden van beveiligingssystemen. Je werkt aan verschillende projecten, voornamelijk met camera’s en toegangscontroles. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de systemen optimaal functioneren en dat projecten goed en op tijd worden afgerond. Een gemiddelde werkdag start je vanuit huis. Je reist naar de projectlocatie en stemt direct met collega’s de planning af. Je werkt in schone, professionele omgevingen en schakelt met opdrachtgevers en het kantoor. Je begeleidt monteurs, houdt overzicht en denkt actief mee over technische oplossingen. Pak deze kans om jouw leidinggevende en technische vaardigheden te combineren bij een bedrijf waar je direct invloed hebt op de kwaliteit en veiligheid van systemen.

- Leidinggeven aan monteurs op locatie

- Installeren en onderhouden van beveiligingssystemen (CCTV, toegangscontrole, inbraak)

- Coördineren en bewaken van projectvoortgang

- Contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers en leveranciers

- Signaleren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen

- Uitvoeren van preventief en periodiek onderhoud

- Afstemmen met collega’s van kantoor en projectleiding

- mbo of hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting elektrotechniek

- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in beveiligingstechniek of vergelijkbaar

- Leidinggevende kwaliteiten en overzicht kunnen houden bij projecten

- Technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen

- Proactieve houding en goede communicatieve vaardigheden

- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal

- In het bezit van rijbewijs B en Verklaring van Betrouwbaarheid
