Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving waar veiligheid, hygiëne en kwaliteit centraal staan. Jij assembleert en bedient verpakkingslijnen en voert controles uit om te voldoen aan de gestelde kwaliteitsnormen. In Rilland worden productieprocessen continu verbeterd en gestandaardiseerd om een betrouwbare output te waarborgen en verspillingen te verminderen. De organisatie werkt met vaste ploegendiensten en legt nadruk op duidelijke overdrachten en veilige werkpraktijken. Als Hoofd Operator Inpak waarborg jij de dagelijkse productie-output en coach jij collega's om efficiënt en nauwkeurig te werken. Functie-inhoud - Aansturen en begeleiden van de inpakafdeling en realiseren van productie- en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen. - Leidinggeven aan en motiveren van medewerkers op de inpaklijn. - Coördineren van inpakwerkzaamheden en zorgen voor correcte uitvoering volgens planning en kwaliteitsnormen. - Bewaken van orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer. - Oplossen en rapporteren van incidenten en eerstelijns storingen in samenwerking met de technische dienst. - Zorgen voor een correcte overdracht bij ploegwissels en bewaken van KPI's. - Zelfstandig instellen en ombouwen van verpakkingsmachines en PLC-gestuurde lijnen, eerstelijns onderhoud bij mechanische verstoppingen en eenvoudige elektrische handelingen uitvoeren, en toezien op kwaliteitscontroles met registratie in het digitale systeem. Functie-eisen - MBO-opleiding afgerond, bij voorkeur Elektrotechniek of Logistiek. - Aantoonbare ervaring in verpakkingsprocessen of productieomgevingen. - Ervaring met leidinggeven en delegeren in een ploegendienstomgeving. - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en basis Engels. - Kennis van kwaliteitsstandaarden en veiligheidsprocedures. - Resultaatgerichte en proactieve werkhouding met probleemoplossend vermogen. - Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken.
