Als Hoofd Operator Inpak coördineer je de dagelijkse productie en coach je medewerkers. Deze functie vereist aandacht voor netheid, kwaliteit en het continu verbeteren van processen binnen de maakindustrie. De organisatie biedt structuur en mogelijkheden om vakkennis verder te ontwikkelen door interne opleidingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de ploegendienstomgeving. Je verdient tussen €2600 en €4000 per maand en ontvangt aanvullende arbeidsvoorwaarden die passen bij werkzaamheden in ploegendiensten. Functie-inhoud - Je stuurt de inpakafdeling aan en begeleidt deze volgens productieplanning en kwaliteitseisen. - Je coördineert en motiveert de ploeg en verdeelt werkzaamheden effectief. - Je stuurt het dagelijkse inpakproces aan en bewaakt uitvoering en productkwaliteit. - Je ondersteunt bij eerste lijns storingen en werkt samen met de technische dienst om productie weer op gang te brengen. - Je verzorgt correcte overdrachten bij ploegwissels en rapporteert veiligheids- en kwaliteitsafwijkingen. - Je draagt volledige lijnverantwoordelijkheid voor twee geautomatiseerde inpaklijnen, stuurt circa 3 operators per ploeg aan en coördineert opstarten, omstellingen en productieoverzichten. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische of logistieke richting. - Aantoonbare ervaring met leidinggeven binnen productie- of verpakkingsprocessen is een pré. - Kennis van verpakkingsprocessen en kwalite.
