The posting

Creative Production is een ambitieuze club met mooie doelen voor de toekomst. Om deze doelen na te kunnen streven zijn we voor hen dan ook op zoek naar een gedreven Head Ordermanager.

Als head ordermanagement heb je twee resultaatgebieden: ordermanagement en salesmanagement. Anders gezegd: het verhogen van de omzet en sturing houden op het totale orderverwerkingsproces.

Het strategisch bedrijfsplan vertaal je naar verkoopacties en marketingtools en je zorgt ervoor zelf zichtbaar in de markt te zijn als mede-boegbeeld van het bedrijf. Goed salesmanagement is ook het adequaat en volgens afspraak verwerken van inkomende aanvragen en orders wat leidt tot tevreden klanten.

Op het beheersen van totale interne orderproces van orderintake, ontwerptekenen en werkvoorbereiding, materialeninzet, productiemoment en uitlevering eindproduct stuur je je team aan: je ondersteunt daardoor zowel de klant als het productieproces.

Taken die bij deze positie horen zijn o.a.:

Ordermanagement

- Beoordelen van complexe aanvragen (financieel en op maakbaarheid/doorlooptijd);

- Beoordelen van afwijkende klantorders (financieel en op maakbaarheid/doorlooptijd);

- Bepalen van de verkoopprijs wanneer hier geen vaste prijsafspraak met de klant voor gemaakt is;

- Aansturen ordermanagers in het zo optimaal mogelijk benutten van productiecapaciteit (tijd en machine-inzet) en margemanagement (kostprijs);

- Plannen op een langere scope dan 2 weken (vooruitdenken);

- Opstellen en beheersen van het capaciteitsmanagementsysteem, afstemmen capaciteitsplanning en prioriteiten met ordermanagers, optimaliseren van de orderflow zodat tijdig uitgeleverd wordt;

- Overzicht houden op de nacalculaties in ERP-systeem zodat rendementen gehaald worden.

Marketing & sales

- Bijdragen aan de totstandkoming van het strategisch bedrijfsplan en aanlijnen van een jaarplan/-planning voor de eigen marketing- en salesactiviteiten die meetbaar bijdragen aan de realisatie van de strategie;
