Voor CorDeo zoeken we een ervaren Hoofd P&O met een christelijke levensovertuiging die vanuit deze basis wil bijdragen aan een organisatie waarin mensen tot hun recht komen en goed onderwijs voor kinderen centraal staat. Als Hoofd P&O verbind je de strategische koers van CorDeo met de ontwikkeling van mensen en organisatie. Je geeft richting aan toekomstgericht P&O-beleid en adviseert het College van Bestuur (CvB) over personele en organisatorische vraagstukken. Daarbij kijk je verder dan beleid alleen: je hebt oog voor wat ontwikkelingen betekenen voor de mensen die iedere dag werken aan goed onderwijs. Je maakt deel uit van het strategisch overleg met het CvB, het Hoofd Onderwijs en de Bestuurssecretaris. Vanuit die positie kijk je naar CorDeo als geheel en verbind je P&O met andere organisatie brede thema's, zoals onderwijs, financiën, huisvesting/facilitair en ICT. Je volgt ontwikkelingen in de arbeidsmarkt, het onderwijs en het P&O-vakgebied en weet deze te vertalen naar keuzes die passen bij de identiteit, ambities en praktijk van CorDeo. Een belangrijke opgave is het verder vormgeven van goed werkgeverschap. Juist in een tijd waarin de arbeidsmarkt onder druk staat, vraagt dat om aandacht voor mensen én om duidelijke keuzes. Thema's als leiderschap, duurzame inzetbaarheid, professionalisering, ontwikkeling en belonen komen samen in de vraag: hoe zorgen we ervoor dat mensen met plezier, betrokkenheid en vanuit hun talent kunnen bijdragen aan de missie van CorDeo?
