Vakantieperiode: vanaf 27 juli t/m 14 augustus zijn wij gesloten Hoofd planning infra & transport Werken bij Hoofd planning infra & transport Heb jij ervaring in de infra, bouw en/of afvalstoffen sector, ben jij sterk in plannen, organiseren en het overzicht bewaren? Als Hoofd planning infra & transport ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen binnen en buiten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat mensen, materieel en transport op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Dat vraagt om overzicht, kennis van de infrasector, snel kunnen schakelen en vooral: weten wat er buiten speelt. Je geeft leiding aan het planningsteam en werkt tegelijkertijd actief mee in de dagelijkse operatie. Je ziet waar knelpunten ontstaan, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt samen met je team voor een efficiënte planning. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je houdt je bezig met de dagelijkse planning én kijkt vooruit naar hoe we onze processen verder kunnen verbeteren. - Je stuurt het planningsteam aan, coacht medewerkers en helpt hen verder ontwikkelen; - Samen met je team zorg je voor een optimale inzet van mensen, materieel en transport op onze infra en logistieke projecten; - Je houd contact met collega-bedrijven over de inleen van medewerkers en machines; - Je houdt overzicht en speelt tijdig in op knelpunten; - Je werkt met en denkt mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van onze planningssystemen, waaronder OMS en Metacom; - Je bewaakt de toepassing van het prijsbeleid binnen planning en dienstverlening; - Je houdt prestaties, bezetting en efficiëntie in de gaten en rapporteert hierover; - Je denkt mee over het verbeteren van processen en planningsmethodieken. Wie ben jij? Je bent werkzaam in de infra, bouw en/of afvalstoffen sector, je houdt van een dynamische werkomgeving en raakt niet snel het overzicht kwijt wanneer de planning verandert. Daarnaast heb je: - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; - MBO - HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Ervaring binnen de infra, logistiek ...
