Als hoofd procestechnologie geef je leiding aan het team van procestechnologen en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van onze processen en installaties. Je combineert jouw technische expertise met leidinggevende ervaring en zorgt voor duidelijke richting en resultaat. Samen met het R&D-team, de Technische Dienst en de tekenaar/werkvoorbereider werk je aan innovatieve oplossingen om onze installaties optimaal te laten presteren. Wat ga je doen? Als hoofd procestechnologie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de efficiëntie, kwaliteit en het rendement van de productieprocessen binnen de installatie. Je houdt overzicht, signaleert verbetermogelijkheden en zorgt ervoor dat processen continu worden geoptimaliseerd. Als leidinggevende zorg je voor een goede verdeling en voortgang van de werkzaamheden. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Het continue optimaliseren, innoveren en verduurzamen van het productieproces; - Zorg dragen voor optimale personeelsbezetting en het aansturen, stimuleren en ontwikkelen van medewerkers; - Optimaliseren van werkwijzen en het begeleiden van implementaties; - Verrichten van metingen, het maken van berekeningen en analyseren van onderzoeksdata; - Adviezen geven aan de organisatie, management en directie; - Waarnemen bij afwezigheid bedrijfsleider; - Op de hoogte blijven van relevante technologische ontwikkelingen en kennisdeling. Wat vragen wij? Je bent een procestechnoloog met daadkracht, doorzettingsvermogen en een helikopterview en door je flexibele houding kun je meebewegen in onze dynamische en complexe werkomgeving.
