Jij bouwt mee aan het versterken van buurten, het verbeteren van woonomgevingen en het verder ontwikkelen van een ambitieuze afdeling binnen de bouwsector. Met een team van 45 tot 50 collega's zoals timmerlieden, uitvoerders, werkvoorbereiders en projectleiders, zorg jij dat elk project staat als een huis. Veiligheid, planning, duurzaamheid, innovatie en klanttevredenheid staan centraal in jouw aanpak. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: - Leidinggeven aan jouw team en hen inspireren tot groei en ontwikkeling. - Het toezicht houden op veiligheid en kwaliteitsnormen, zowel fysiek als sociaal. - Samenwerken met klanten, ketenpartners en leveranciers voor optimale resultaten. - Escalatievraagstukken aanpakken en zorgen voor oplossingen. - Het evalueren en verbeteren van processen om professionaliteit te waarborgen. Impact staat centraal in deze rol; je tilt niet alleen projecten, maar ook leefomgevingen naar een hoger niveau. Jij vervult een sleutelpositie terwijl je de groei van de organisatie verder vormgeeft. Samen met het MT en andere stakeholders creëer je duurzame, innovatieve oplossingen die bijdragen aan het welzijn van bewoners en duurzaamheid in de bouwsector. Functie-eisen Om succesvol te zijn in de rol als Hoofd Realisatie Renovatie, breng jij de volgende kwalificaties en ervaringen mee: - Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in de realisatiefase van grote renovatieprojecten. - Een HBO-werk- en denkniveau met een bouwkundige achtergrond. - Tenminste vijf jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie. - Een stevige p...
