Vanuit onze kernwaarden: Betrokken, Klantgericht, Authentiek & Duurzaam zetten we ons samen in om het Werelderfgoed te beheren en tegelijk honderdduizenden bezoekers uit het binnen- en buitenland het verhaal van Kinderdijk te laten zien. Dat doen we met 250 vrijwilligers en 100 medewerkers. Zo bouwen we samen voort op eeuwen geschiedenis en bijna 29 jaar UNESCO Werelderfgoed status. Zie je jezelf in deze inspirerende omgeving aan de slag gaan? Voor onze winkels zoeken wij een Hoofd Retail . Jouw plek in de organisatie Het team Retail bestaat uit een flexibel team. In het laagseizoen werken we met circa tien collega's en in het hoogseizoen zijn we met circa twintig collega's. Samen met het hoofd Horeca, het hoofd Hospitality en het hoofd Marketing & Sales maak je onderdeel uit van de afdeling Publiek waarbij de manager Publiek je leidinggevende is. Het hoofd Retail en het hoofd Horeca werken in de praktijk veel samen. Als hoofd Retail ben je naast de hoofdverantwoordelijke voor de winkels van Kinderdijk ook betrokken bij afdeling overstijgende projecten. Je participeert in het brede manager-overleg wat elke zes weken plaatsvindt. Werktijden We zijn alle dagen van de week geopend. - Hoogseizoen (maart tot en met oktober): In het hoogseizoen zijn de souvenirwinkels van 08.45 - 18.15 uur geopend. - Laagseizoen (november tot begin maart): In het laagseizoen zijn we beperkter geopend van 09.30 -16.30 uur.
