Voor onze tandheelkundige praktijk binnen Medisch Centrum Wijnegem zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren en enthousiaste hoofd tandartsassistente.

Als hoofd tandartsassistente ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen ons assistententeam. Je neemt mee verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse organisatie en goede werking van de praktijk, ondersteunt en begeleidt de assistentes en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen de tandartsen en het assistententeam.

Het gaat om een afwisselende en meewerkende functie voor iemand die graag organiseert, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en tegelijkertijd actief betrokken blijft bij de dagelijkse werking van de praktijk.

Jouw taken

Als hoofd tandartsassistente sta je onder andere in voor:

* Mee organiseren en coördineren van de dagelijkse werking van de tandheelkundige praktijk

* Optreden als eerste aanspreekpunt voor de tandartsassistentes en tandartsen

* Ondersteunen, begeleiden en mee opleiden van assistentes

* De planning mee opvolgen en organiseren

* Bestellingen plaatsen en de voorraad opvolgen

* De uren van de assistentes doorgeven

* Waar nodig assisteren aan de stoel

* Inspringen wanneer extra ondersteuning nodig is

* Problemen en aandachtspunten op de werkvloer signaleren

* Meedenken over oplossingen en verbeteringen binnen de praktijk

* Instaan voor een vlotte communicatie en samenwerking binnen het team

* Meedenken over een efficiënte, professionele en aangename werking van de praktijk

Profiel

We zoeken een ervaren tandartsassistente die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en een coördinerende rol binnen het assistententeam wil vervullen.

Je:

* Hebt ervaring als tandartsassistente

* Bent organisatorisch sterk en kan goed het overzicht bewaren

* Werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief

* Communiceert duidelijk en professioneel

* Werkt graag samen met collega’s en tandartsen

* Blijft rustig en oplossingsgericht tijdens drukke momenten

* Ondersteunt en begeleidt graag collega’s

* Bent praktisch ingesteld en werkt graag actief mee op de werkvloer

* Bent flexibel en springt gemakkelijk bij waar nodig

* Neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen mee op te nemen

Ervaring binnen de orthodontie is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
