Functieomschrijving Als Hoofd Technische Dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische staat van het machinepark en zorg je ervoor dat de productie soepel blijft draaien. Je stuurt de monteurs aan, bewaakt het onderhoud en kijkt continu naar mogelijkheden om processen te verbeteren en efficiënter te maken. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn: - Het aansturen en begeleiden van de monteurs binnen de technische dienst. - Het plannen en coördineren van preventief en correctief onderhoud. - Het leiden van technische projecten en adviseren over nieuwe machines en investeringen. - Het bewaken van onderhoudskosten, planning en de technische staat van het machinepark. - Het verwerken en bijhouden van onderhoudswerkzaamheden in systemen zoals Ultimo.
