Als Hoofd Technische Dienst maak je deel uit van het MT en ben je verantwoordelijk voor een maximale beschikbaarheid van machines en installaties. Je geeft leiding aan een team van 7 tot 10 technische professionals en zorgt voor een efficiënte uitvoering van onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Veiligheid, kwaliteit en continu verbeteren staan daarbij centraal. Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in de optimalisatie van processen en productiemiddelen. Met jouw technische expertise en strategische blik ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner binnen de organisatie en draag je direct bij aan het behalen van de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
