- Maintenance & Field Service - Hoofd Technische Dienst Zoekwoorden: Teamleider Technische Dienst Machines die altijd blijven draaien en een team dat op topniveau presteert; daar ligt jouw focus. In deze rol als Hoofd Technische Dienst stuur je onderhoud, planning en procesverbetering strak aan binnen een productieomgeving. Je bewaakt kwaliteit en veiligheid, terwijl je samenwerkt met productie en engineering om continu te optimaliseren. Met jouw technische inzicht en leiderschap pak je complexe uitdagingen aan en zorg je voor blijvende vooruitgang. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol stuur je de Technische Dienst aan binnen een productieomgeving. Je zorgt dat machines en installaties optimaal draaien door preventief en correctief onderhoud te plannen en uit te voeren. Het opstellen van onderhoudsplanningen, werkroosters en KPI's valt onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Je bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit en continuïteit volgens geldende normen en procedures. Met jouw technische kennis los je storingen op en voer je analyses uit om structurele verbeteringen door te voeren. Daarnaast werk je nauw met productie en engineering om processen en installaties te optimaliseren. Je initieert verbeterprojecten gericht op efficiëntie, betrouwbaarheid en kostenbesparing. Ook stuur je monteurs en technici aan, geef je coaching en zorg je voor een sterke bezetting. Je houdt overzicht op spare parts, onderhoudsbudgetten en rapportages. Met jouw leiderschap en focus op continuous improvement maak je het verschil binnen de technische organisatie.
