De technische dienst valt onder leiding van een Hoofd Technische Dienst dat verantwoordelijk is voor het aansturen van een team en het coördineren van externe leveranciers. De technische activiteiten omvatten preventief en correctief onderhoud, het oplossen van storingen, en het optimaliseren van onderhoudsprocessen. Er wordt gewerkt met een onderhoudsbeheersysteem voor administratieve registratie en er is aandacht voor inkoop en beschikbaarheid van technische materialen. De organisatie zoekt iemand die zichtbaarheid op de werkvloer combineert met daadkrachtig leiderschap en een coachende stijl richting het team. - Je voert administratieve registraties in het onderhoudsbeheersysteem

- Als Hoofd Technische Dienst vertaal je plannen naar technisch beleid voor preventief en correctief onderhoud

- Je signaleert verbeteringen aan gebouwen en apparatuur en doet voorstellen

- Je ziet toe op beschikbaarheid en inkoop van benodigde technische materialen
