Je komt te werken in een open en informeel team waar je de mogelijkheid krijg om jouwzelf te verbeteren en te ontwikkelen. Als Hoofd Technische Dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het effectieve beheer van de technische installaties en het onderhoudsteam. Je zorgt voor het optimaal functioneren van het machinepark en draagt bij aan het minimaliseren van stilstand en storingen. Je leidt een team van 2 technische professionals en werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen om een soepele productieflow te garanderen. Jij bent als Hoofd Technische Dienst verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en plannen van de onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan de machines en aanverwante apparatuur, zorgt voor de storingsafhandeling en het minimaliseren van de uitvaltijd. Tevens optimaliseer je de technische processen en procedures, houd jij je bezig met budgetbeheer en rapporteer je aan het management.
