The posting

Hoofd technische dienst Het betreft een zeer afwisselende en uitdagende functie. Als Hoofd Technische Dienst ben je namelijk verantwoordelijk voor een optimale personeels- en werkplanning maar hiernaast voer je ook diverse (operationele) taken uit. Je zorgt voor het plannen, coördineren en aansturen van technische werkzaamheden. Je signaleert en rapporteert geconstateerde gebreken en storingen en voert samen met jouw team verschillende reparatie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit. Als leidinggevende, ben je naast bovenstaande ook verantwoordelijk voor het aannemen van nieuwe medewerkers en zorg je ervoor dat alle medewerkers op hun plek zitten en optimaal worden ingezet. De belangrijkste taken: - Zorgen voor het plannen, coördineren en aansturen van technische werkzaamheden - Leidinggeven aan het technische maintenance team, coachen, motiveren en zorg dragen voor prestatie en onderhoud van het park - Bewaken van een correcte uitvoering van technische processen met de focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit, continuïteit, efficiëntie en beschikbaarheid - Samenwerking met andere afdelingen zoals Sales, Holiday Sales, Schoonmaak en de General Manager - Aanspreekpunt voor suppliers en leveranciers rondom oplevering en onderhoud chalets - Opstellen van onderhoud programma's van terreinen gebouwen en machine/wagenpark en daarbij behorende budgetten - Zorg dragen dat alles voldoen aan juiste wet- en regelgeving binnen jouw takenpakket - Bestellen van middelen en materialen voor herstel- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden Onze opdrachtgever zoekt een kandidaat met relevante werkervaring, die over leidinggevende capaciteiten beschikt en bereid is om in de weekenden te werken.
