Als Hoofd Technische Dienst in Ruinerwold combineer je techniek met leidinggeven. Je krijgt de ruimte om onderhoud slimmer te organiseren en verbeteringen daadwerkelijk door te voeren. Wat ga je doen? Je begint je dag met wat er technisch speelt. Welke werkzaamheden staan gepland, waar liggen de prioriteiten en welke storingen vragen aandacht? Je verdeelt het werk en zorgt dat jouw team veilig en effectief aan de slag kan. Je staat dicht bij de productie. Bij een complexe storing denk je mee over de oplossing, terwijl je tegelijkertijd voorkomt dat andere werkzaamheden stilvallen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: • Aansturen en begeleiden van technische collega's; • Plannen en prioriteren van onderhoud; • Coördineren van technische werkzaamheden en storingen; • Verbeteren van onderhoud en machineprestaties; • Bewaken van technische veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid; • Aansturen van leveranciers en externe monteurs. Je schakelt veel met productie en kwaliteit over onderhoud, storingen en geplande werkzaamheden. Zie je terugkerende problemen of mogelijkheden om onderhoud slimmer in te richten?
