In Emmen krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over een modern machinepark met nieuwe en unieke productielijnen. Je verdient, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring, circa € 5.500 bruto per maand. Onze opdrachtgever is een productiebedrijf binnen de maakindustrie dat glasproducten produceert. De afgelopen jaren is stevig geïnvesteerd in het machinepark. Op de productielocatie in Emmen ligt nu de volgende technische uitdaging: het onderhoud verder professionaliseren en de stap maken van voornamelijk reactief naar structureel preventief onderhoud. Als Hoofd Technische Dienst krijg jij een belangrijke rol in deze ontwikkeling. Functieomschrijving Als Hoofd Technische Dienst geef je dagelijks leiding aan een technische dienst van 6 FTE. De monteurs werken in een 2 ploegendienst, terwijl jij zelf in dagdienst werkt. Je werkt nauw samen met de Technisch Manager en zorgt ervoor dat onderhoud steeds beter voorspelbaar, planbaar en beheersbaar wordt. De monteurs voeren een groot deel van de werkvoorbereiding zelf uit. Jouw toegevoegde waarde zit daarom vooral in het aanbrengen van structuur, het ontwikkelen van het preventieve onderhoud en het verbeteren van de technische organisatie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Dagelijks leidinggeven aan en begeleiden van 6 technische medewerkers • Het verder ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van preventief onderhoud • Analyseren en optimaliseren van onderhoudsintervallen • Terugdringen van reactief onderhoud en ongeplande stilstand • Structuur aanbrengen in onderhoudsplannen en techn...
