Als Hoofd Technische Dienst word je de onmisbare schakel tussen het operationele atelier en de strategische directie. Je krijgt de unieke kans om de technische processen van een modern machinepark te structureren binnen een stabiele onderneming met een sterke Europese verankering.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je organiseert en optimaliseert de volledige technische workflow binnen de centrale werkplaats en de mobiele servicediensten.
  • Je geeft direct leiding aan een team van ervaren technici en ingenieurs, waarbij je focust op hun continue bijscholing en competentiegroei.
  • Je beheert de budgetten voor onderhoud, wisselstukken en externe technische keuringen op een proactieve en rendabele manier.
  • Je voert audits uit op de technische processen och implementeert structurele verbeteringen op vlak van veiligheid en milieu.
  • Je overlegt regelmatig met de interne klanten van de werven om de technische serviceverlening perfect af te stemmen op hun noden.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het correct registreren en opvolgen van alle technische parameters in het centrale ERP-systeem.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je bent een technisch onderlegd leider met een Masterdiploma of je bent gelijkwaardig gekwalificeerd door een sterke trackrecord in de bouwsector.
  • Je bezit de nodige maturiteit en natuurlijke autoriteit om een gespecialiseerd team van technische experten succesvol te sturen.
  • Je hebt een diepgewortelde passie voor processen, elektromechanica en moderne constructietechnieken.
  • Je bent communicatief zeer vaardig en kunt helder en transparant rapporteren naar de overige leden van het managementteam.
  • Je stelt kwaliteit en veiligheid altijd voorop en verwacht dezelfde strikte discipline van je medewerkers op de werkvloer.
