Heb je een passie voor techniek en ben je klaar om de leiding te nemen in een groeiende technische ploeg?

Voor een jong en sterk groeiend bedrijf in de regio Roeselare zoeken we een Verantwoordelijke Technische Dienst die mee zijn schouders wil zetten onder kwalitatieve service bij industriële klanten. Deze West-Vlaamse kmo telt vandaag 14 medewerkers, waaronder twee zaakvoerders die zelf nog actief meewerken op de werkvloer.

De onderneming is gespecialiseerd in technisch onderhoud, industriële elektriciteit en kleinere constructiewerken. Ze ondersteunen bedrijven, vooral actief in de voedingsindustrie, met een breed scala aan technische opdrachten, gaande van storingen verhelpen tot het structureel verbeteren van hun machinepark. Hun klanten zijn verspreid over heel West-Vlaanderen. In alles wat ze doen, streven ze naar duurzame oplossingen, met veiligheid, efficiëntie en klantgerichtheid als kernwaarden.

Je komt terecht in een team dat gekenmerkt wordt door een hands-on mentaliteit, een sterke onderlinge samenwerking en een duidelijke ambitie: voor elk technisch probleem een doordachte oplossing bieden waar de klant écht mee vooruit kan.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij staat in voor het volledige onderhoud en de technische werking van diverse machines bij klanten
  • Beheren van de volledige technische stock en je zorgt dat alle onderdelen tijdig beschikbaar zijn
  • Jij volgt audits op en zorgt voor de correcte voorbereiding en implementatie
  • Je werkt aan nieuwe projecten: van voorbereiding tot uitvoering en opvolging
  • Contact met toeleveranciers valt onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid: je vraagt offertes aan, bespreekt technische vereisten en volgt bestellingen op
  • Je denkt mee na over efficiënte onderhoudsstrategieën om stilstand te vermijden
  • Je beschikt over een technisch A1-diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Minstens enkele jaren ervaring met elektriciteit en mechanica zijn noodzakelijk
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van technische opvolging en onderhoudsbeheer, en weet hoe je audits moet voorbereiden
