The posting

Machines draaien niet vanzelf. En een technische dienst al helemaal niet.

Voor een stabiele productieomgeving zoeken we een Hoofd Technische Dienst dat structuur brengt, vooruitdenkt en een team technisch én praktisch mee op sleeptouw neemt.

Geen functie waarbij je vooral rapporten schrijft om daarna in meetings uit te leggen waarom iets niet werkte. Wel een rol met impact op de vloer, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om effectief verbeteringen door te voeren.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Hoofd Technische Dienst stuur je de technische afdeling aan en zorg je ervoor dat machines, installaties en faciliteiten optimaal blijven functioneren.

Je combineert technische kennis met organisatie en people management. Preventief denken is hier minstens even belangrijk als snel reageren wanneer iets fout loopt.

Jouw taken:

• Aansturen en motiveren van de technische dienst

• Onderhoudsplannen opmaken, opvolgen en verbeteren

• Technische storingen analyseren en structurele oplossingen uitwerken

• Samenwerken met productie, logistiek en externe partners

• Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en continuïteit

• Technische processen optimaliseren

• Rapporteren aan het management over werking en prestaties

• Mee nadenken over investeringen en verbeteringen binnen het machinepark

Je krijgt veel autonomie om zaken slimmer, efficiënter en stabieler te maken. Geen overmatige controlecultuur dus. Gelukkig maar.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt een technische achtergrond zoals elektromechanica of werktuigbouwkunde

• Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende technische functie

• Je denkt oplossingsgericht en werkt gestructureerd

• Je neemt initiatief en kan zelfstandig beslissingen nemen

• Je communiceert vlot met techniekers, productie en management

• Je houdt overzicht en bewaart rust bij technische uitdagingen

• Je bent sterk in planning en organisatie

• Ervaring met onderhoudsbeheer en optimalisatie is belangrijk
