Functieomschrijving: Als hoofd technische dienst ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de technische afdeling. Je stuurt vier vakmensen aan en werkt nauw samen met twee projectleiders. Je combineert dagelijks leiderschap met het maken van slimme plannen voor onderhoud. Jouw doel is om machines en installaties altijd in topconditie te houden.

Je organiseert het onderhoud aan alle machines en technische systemen. Wanneer er storingen zijn, zoek je naar de oorzaak en los je dit structureel op. Zo voorkom je stilstand in de productie. Ook bewaak je de veiligheid en de kwaliteit van het werk. Je beheert de budgetten en maakt afspraken met externe leveranciers. Samen met je collega's werk je aan mooie verbeterprojecten. Zo maak je de processen elke dag een stukje beter.
