Je ontwikkelt de technologische koers, verbindt strategie met uitvoering en zorgt ervoor dat technologie de maatschappelijke missie van BNNVARA versterkt. Dit is een sleutelrol voor een ervaren technologieleider die impact wil maken op zowel de organisatie als de samenleving. De rol Als Hoofd Technologie ben je lid van het managementteam en verantwoordelijk voor de technologische strategie en digitale ontwikkeling van BNNVARA. Je geeft leiding aan de afdelingen ICT, Development, Data en Mediamanagement en bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor directie, management en de organisatie. Je combineert strategisch leiderschap met inhoudelijke technologische kennis en weet professionals, teams en stakeholders met elkaar te verbinden. Wat ga je doen als Hoofd Technologie? Je werkt aan een toekomstbestendige digitale organisatie en bent verantwoordelijk voor onder andere: - Ontwikkelen en realiseren van de technologische visie en roadmap. - Leidinggeven aan ICT, Development, Data en Mediamanagement. - Stimuleren van digitale transformatie en innovatie. - Doorontwikkelen van datagedreven werken en AI-toepassingen. - Waarborgen van cybersecurity, informatiebeveiliging en governance. - Adviseren van directie en management over technologische keuzes. - Versterken van samenwerking tussen technologie, redacties en bedrijfsvoering. - Aansturen van leveranciers, budgetten en strategische IT-projecten.
