Dit is dé plek waar scouts en explorers uit Nederland en uit het buitenland samenkomen om een geweldig kamp te beleven. NJ2028 vindt plaats in augustus 2028 op het Scoutinglandgoed in Zeewolde. Jouw bezigheden Als Hoofd Veiligheid van NJ2028 ben je samen met je medehoofd veiligheid het gezicht van het team Veiligheid. Je stuurt het team aan dat verantwoordelijk is voor: • Het veiligheidsbeleid van NJ2028; • Risico-inventarisatie en veiligheidsplannen; • De eigen veiligheidsorganisatie, waaronder de teams EHBO, Brandveiligheid, Centrale Post (CP) en de Havendienst • De incidentenprocedures en calamiteitenstructuur; • Afstemming met externe partners zoals gemeente, brandweer en politie; • Het ondersteunen van andere teams bij veiligheidsvraagstukken. • De vergunningsaanvraag, in samenwerking met team Productie. Je maakt onderdeel uit van het organisatieteam (OT). Samen met de andere OT-leden zet je de grote lijnen van NJ2028 uit en bewaak je deze. Je geeft leiding aan het team HRM en zorgt dat alle zaken rondom veiligheid op juiste wijze worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt nauw samen met het LSC (Landelijk Servicecentrum), zodat landelijk beleid goed wordt toegepast op het evenement. Op basis daarvan geef je gevraagd en ongevraagd advies aan de projectleiding van NJ2028. Jouw bagage Het uitgangspunt voor het organisatieteam (OT) van de NJ2028 is een junior & senior structuur. Heb je het nog nooit gedaan, maar denk je dat je het wel kunt? Dan nodigen we je van harte uit om te solliciteren. Heb je al ruime ervaring binnen deze functie bij een Scoutingevenement?
