Als Hoofd Werkvoorbereider geef je functioneel leiding aan een team van werkvoorbereiders en werk je nauw samen met productie, verkoop en opdrachtgevers. Je stuurt, coacht én werkt mee waar nodig. Je wordt onderdeel van een team van circa 26 collega's, bestaande uit 9 kantoormedewerkers en ongeveer 17 productiemedewerkers. Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere: - Leiding geven aan werkvoorbereiders en verdelen van taken; - Opstellen van de planning en bewaken van deadlines; - Intensief contact met opdrachtgevers, productie en verkoop; - Meedenken over kwaliteitsverbetering en oplossingen; - Onderzoek naar de inzet van BIM/Matrix in de timmerfabriek; - Signaleren en verwerken van meer- en minderwerk; - Onderhouden van commerciële contacten met externe partijen; - Bepalen van definitieve verkoopprijzen (in overleg met directie); - Controle van kozijnen vóór levering; - Steekproefsgewijze controles van tussenprocessen; - Bewaken van projectkosten. Een salaris tussen € 3.500,00 en € 5.550,00 bruto, conform CAO, (afhankelijk van leeftijd, kennis en ervaring); Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder: - 32 vakantiedagen; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - Pensioenregeling; - Werken aan interessante en complexe binnenstedelijke renovatieprojecten; - Een hecht en ervaren team waarin jouw visie het verschil maakt.
