Deze functie vormt de technische ruggengraat van een specifiek projectonderdeel en waarborgt de kwaliteit binnen een complexe en veeleisende omgeving. De focus ligt op het aansturen van een team om de bereikbaarheid van de regio te verbeteren met oog voor mens en natuur. Verantwoordelijkheden - Leidinggeven aan het civieltechnische werkvoorbereidingsteam van het projectonderdeel. - Eindverantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de kwaliteit en volledigheid van alle uitvoeringsdossiers. - Bewaken van de planning, kosten en de beheersing van de projectscope. - Coördineren met de afdelingen ontwerp en uitvoering, de opdrachtgever en diverse onderaannemers. - Mentoren en begeleiden van junior en medior werkvoorbereiders in hun professionele groei. Vereisten - Je hebt een Master of Bachelor in de Civiele Techniek of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding. - Je beschikt over 8+ jaar werkervaring in de werkvoorbereiding binnen de infrastructuursector. - Je hebt bewezen leidinggevende ervaring in een complexe projectomgeving. - Je bent in staat om onder druk kwaliteit en planning in balans te houden tegenover een veeleisende opdrachtgever. - Je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands .
