Als Hoofd Werkvoorbereiding ben jij de spilfiguur in de opvolging en realisatie van enkele van de meest spraakmakende bouwprojecten in België, waaronder in Brussel. Bij onze klant – een marktleider in de bouwsector – zorg jij ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt, van de start tot de oplevering. Je stuurt een gedreven team van werkvoorbereiders aan, met wie je samenwerkt aan efficiënte planning en innovatieve oplossingen. Je bewaakt de algemene voortgang van projecten en fungeert als belangrijke schakel tussen ontwerp- en uitvoeringsteams. Door jouw ervaring in risicomanagement, afstemming van planningen en begeleiding van aankoopprocessen, zorg je dat elk project tijdig, binnen budget en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen wordt opgeleverd. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de deelgebiedsmanager en werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en ontwerpmanagers.

We zoeken iemand die sterk in de schoenen staat en een echte kartrekker is binnen complexe bouwprojecten. Idealiter breng je het volgende mee:

  • Een diploma industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur bouwkunde met minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in werkvoorbereiding of projectcoördinatie.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Een natuurlijke leiderschapsstijl en een vaardigheid om teams te motiveren en te begeleiden.
  • Ervaring in management, communicatie, delegatie, prioriteitsstelling en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • Een oplossingsgerichte en creatieve mindset, gecombineerd met een sterk ontwikkelde organisatorische voeling.
  • Uitgekiende vaardigheden in risicobeheer, eisenverificatie en het opvolgen van ontwerpdocumenten.
  • De capaciteit om succesvol samen te werken in een dynamische en innovatieve omgeving waar teamwork centraal staat.
