Dit ga je doen Divisie Wonen bestaat uit beschermde woonvormen en biedt daarnaast begeleiding in de eigen woonomgeving van de cliënt. Zowel bij de intra- als extramurale locaties werken de cliënten samen met hun begeleiders en netwerk aan een passend herstelplan met persoonlijke doelen. Binnen de divisie Wonen wordt gewerkt met de Individuele Rehabilitatie Benadering. Het doel is om de cliënten zo zelfstandig en autonoom mogelijk te laten participeren in de maatschappij. De werkzaamheden: - je geeft operationeel leiding aan twee teams, span of support 20-25 collega's; - je zorgt ervoor dat de afgesproken taken conform afspraken en eisen van de financierder worden uitgevoerd; - je biedt ondersteuning van de teams bij implementatie van nieuwe werkprocessen én je motiveert, coacht en begeleidt hen hierbij; - je voert periode-, jaar- en beoordelingsgesprekken, coördineert de verzuimbegeleiding en zorgt voor een sluitend rooster; - op basis van de individuele talenten bepaal je welke collega's aandachtfunctionaris worden voor team specifieke werkzaamheden. Dit ben jij - een afgeronde opleiding op hbo niveau (Social Work, SPH, HBO-MWD, verpleegkundige); - minimaal 3 jaar ervaring bnnen de GGZ; - een post-hbo management opleiding is een pré; - je beschikt over aantoonbare ervaring...
