In de veelzijdige rol van Hoofd Zwembad word jij verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van ons zwemteam en de coördinatie van diverse werkzaamheden in het zwembad. Met jouw energie en een gezonde dosis enthousiasme en humor zorg je er voor dat jouw teamleden met veel plezier en passie hun werk kunnen doen. Je motiveert en coacht, haalt iedere dag het beste uit jezelf en weet dat gevoel ook aan jouw collega's over te brengen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de personeelsbezetting in het zwembad, geef je zwemles, hou je toezicht en kom je met nieuwe, verfrissende ideeën die bijdragen aan een verdere groei van alle activiteiten in ons zwembad. Het creëren van een gastgerichte, veilige en schone zwembadomgeving is vanzelfsprekend een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw takenpakket. Met jouw kennis, ervaring en aandacht voor onze bezoekers zie jij meteen waar hun wensen of behoeften liggen en kom je direct in actie. Jouw profiel - Je beschikt over MBO werk- en denkniveau en hebt bij voorkeur drie jaar ervaring opgedaan in een vergelijkbare functie. - Als ervaren teamleider en zweminstructeur weet jij als geen ander wat er van je wordt verwacht. - Je hebt een proactieve en resultaatgerichte instelling, waarbij jouw organisatorische, leidinggevende en communicatieve kwaliteiten goed tot zijn recht komen. - Je bent 32 uur per week beschikbaar en vindt het geen probleem om af en toe in de avonduren en/of het weekend te werken. - Je bent in het bezit van een ...
