Om onze groei te bestendigen en onze transitie in goede banen te leiden, zijn wij op zoek naar een Hoofdaankoper.

Bij ons draait aankoop om méér dan prijzen en contracten: jij zorgt ervoor dat onze zorgprofessionals kunnen rekenen op de juiste materialen en diensten, op het juiste moment – en dat binnen een performante, toekomstgerichte organisatie. We zijn volop in beweging: processen worden vernieuwd, samenwerking versterkt en professionalisering staat centraal. Bovendien staan we aan de vooravond van een ingrijpende ERP-transitie en daarin speel jij een sleutelrol.

In deze functie rapporteer je aan de manager facilitaire en logistieke diensten.

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een relevant master- of bachelordiploma (bijv. in handelswetenschappen, (bedrijfs)economie, supply chain management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een leidinggevende rol in aankoop of projectmanagementrol waarin je processen en mensen coördineerde. Ervaring in (of affiniteit met) de zorgsector is mooi meegenomen, maar geen strikt vereiste. Belangrijker is dat je een brede blik hebt en vlot kunt werken in een complexe, gereguleerde omgeving.
  • Je hebt een grote affiniteit met digitalisering en ziet technologie als een middel om processen te verbeteren. Ervaring met ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur SAP of gelijkaardige software) is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke trekker die mensen weet mee te krijgen in verandering. Je houdt van verantwoordelijkheid en slaagt erin om het team uit te dagen naar meer efficiëntie en resultaat.
  • Je denkt in processen en structuren, en bent sterk in het analyseren van workflows en cijfers. Je werkt planmatig, behoudt steeds het overzicht en bewaakt de voortgang en respecteert deadlines van meerdere dossiers tegelijk. Hierbij verlies je de details niet uit het oog. Je houdt ervan om concrete resultaten te boeken die het verschil maken.
  • Je hebt een stevige basis van moderne aankoopmethodologieën en – indien van toepassing – ben je bekend met de publieke aanbestedingsregels of bereid je hierin te verdiepen (Wet op Overheidsopdrachten).
  • Communicatie is één van je grootste troeven. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen interne zorgprofessionals, leveranciers en directie. Je combineert empathie met assertiviteit en bouwt duurzame relaties op
  • Verandering schrikt je niet af – integendeel, je vindt het boeiend om in een transitie te stappen en mee vorm te geven aan nieuwe structuren. Problemen benader je pragmatisch: je zoekt actief naar oplossingen en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je draagt bij aan een open, respectvolle teamsfeer en staat open voor feedback en ideeën van anderen. Multi-site werken is voor jou geen bezwaar: indien nodig verplaats je je met plezier tussen onze campussen (Bornem, Rumst, Willebroek)
