Binnen het Multifunctioneel Centrum (MFC) Sint-Gregorius zijn we op zoek naar een hoofdbegeleider, binnen de afdeling voor jongeren (12-21j) met een auditieve beperking.

Jouw functie

Als hoofdbegeleider neem je een brugfunctie op en coach je je team (3 à 4 begeleiders) in samenspraak met de afdelingscoördinator en het afdelingsteam.

  • Je neemt de dagdagelijkse leiding in de leefgroepsteam, je zet in op een goede samenwerking en je enthousiasmeert de teamleden om de doelen van de afdeling te realiseren.
  • Je draagt actief bij tot een gepaste ondersteuning van cliënten, zodat de leefgroep een veilige en vertrouwde plek wordt voor hen en hun context. Je stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je benadrukt het belang van kwaliteitsvolle zorg. Je maakt medewerkers hiervan bewust en volgt dit nauwgezet op.
  • Je staat in voor de planning en organisatie binnen jouw teams en je weet de werking op een efficiënte manier te coördineren.
  • Je (h)erkent de talenten van jouw medewerkers en je creëert opportuniteiten om ze verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je draait mee in de groep en neemt enkele diensten op binnen een vast uurrooster.

Je stuurt één leefgroep aan, bestaande uit ongeveer 15 cliënten.

Je bent in het bezit van een diploma bachelor in de orthopedagogie en hebt minstens 2 jaar voltijdse anciënniteit.

Kennis van de doelgroep en Vlaamse Gebarentaal, zijn een grote meerwaarde (of bereidheid om hiervoor opleiding rond te volgen).
