Voor een internationaal productiebedrijf in de regio Diksmuide zijn we op zoek naar een Hoofdboekhouder.

Ben jij een ervaren boekhouder die graag verder kijkt dan cijfers alleen? Zoek je een rol waarin je niet alleen verantwoordelijk bent voor een correcte financiële verwerking, maar ook actief meedenkt over processen, efficiëntie en samenwerking binnen de organisatie? Dan kan dit wel eens jouw ideale volgende stap zijn. In deze functie krijg je een sleutelrol binnen een financieel team waar initiatief, betrokkenheid en een hands-on mentaliteit sterk gewaardeerd worden.

Jobomschrijving

Als Hoofdboekhouder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële opvolging van verschillende entiteiten en werk je nauw samen met de CFO.

Boekhouding & Fiscaliteit

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de volledige boekhouding van Belgische en buitenlandse entiteiten met Belgische activiteiten.
  • Opstellen van jaarrekeningen en neerleggen van balansen.
  • Verzorgen van btw-aangiftes, Intrastat-aangiftes en klantenlistings.
  • Opvolgen van fiscale dossiers, transfer pricing en fiscale fiches.
  • Ondersteunen bij audits en fiscale controles.

Afsluiting & Rapportering

  • Verantwoordelijk voor maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Boeken van diverse verrichtingen, provisies en vaste activa.
  • Opstellen en analyseren van balans en resultatenrekening.
  • Verzorgen van rapporteringen naar aandeelhouders en de internationale groep.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de CFO voor financiële analyses en rapportering.

Procesoptimalisatie & Business support

  • Detecteren van verbeteropportuniteiten binnen financiële processen.
  • Mee bouwen aan dashboards, rapporteringstools en digitaliseringsprojecten.
  • Ondersteunen van budgetopmaak, budgetopvolging en investeringsdossiers.
  • Actief samenwerken met aankoop, logistiek, onderhoud en andere operationele afdelingen om financiële informatie tijdig en correct te verzamelen.

Operationele opvolging

  • Controle van aankoop- en leveranciersfacturen.
  • Opmaak en opvolging van betaalbestanden.
  • Beheer van contracten en extra-comptabele dossiers.
  • Back-up voor de verwerking van aankoopfacturen.
  • Op termijn mee opvolgen van het payrollproces.

Must haves

  • Bacheloropleiding binnen boekhouding, accountancy-fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring met boekhouding van A tot Z.
  • Goede kennis van btw en fiscaliteit.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, discreet en gestructureerd.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en denkt proactief mee.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel financiële als operationele collega's.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring binnen een productie- of industriële omgeving.
  • Kennis van Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Ervaring met groepsrapportering.
  • Kennis van payrollprocessen.
  • Interesse in procesverbetering, digitalisering en AI-toepassingen.
