In een complexe en maatschappelijk relevante organisatie neem je de eindverantwoordelijkheid op voor de volledige A‑Z boekhouding, fiscale verplichtingen en financiële rapportering. Je werkt nauw samen met de financiële directie en fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe stakeholders. De rol combineert expertise, nauwkeurigheid, procesoptimalisatie en een sterke focus op compliance.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitvoeren van de maandelijkse afsluiting en financiële rapportering.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de volledige A‑Z boekhouding en de opmaak van de jaarrekening.
  • Actieve controle van balansposten om een correcte en volledige weergave te garanderen.
  • Optimaliseren en beheren van boekhoudkundige, administratieve en aankoopprocessen.
  • Tijdige en correcte indiening van btw‑aangiftes, statistieken en andere wettelijke verplichtingen.
  • Up‑to‑date blijven met relevante wet‑ en regelgeving en deze toepassen binnen de organisatie.
  • Neerleggen van de jaarrekening en verzorgen van statutaire verplichtingen.
  • Fungeren als centraal contactpunt voor revisoren, fiscale administratie en interne stakeholders.
  • Voorbereiden van audits en aanleveren van alle noodzakelijke documentatie.
  • Verstrekken van fiscaal en boekhoudkundig advies aan de organisatie en de financiële directie.
  • Detecteren van financiële risico’s en rapporteren aan de directie.
  • Bijdragen aan continuïteit en kwaliteit binnen de bredere werking van de organisatie.
  • Actief toepassen van interne systemen rond milieu, veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Bachelor accountancy‑fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardig volgens de richtlijnen voor lokale besturen.
  • Minstens vijf jaar ervaring in een A‑Z boekhoudkundige functie.
  • Ervaring in een complexe omgeving zoals een middelgroot bedrijf of accountancykantoor.
  • Ervaring met volledige jaarafsluiting en opmaak van de jaarrekening.
  • Grondige kennis van btw‑wetgeving.
  • Vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands; basiskennis Frans en Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Goede kennis van SAP (sterke troef), MS Word en Excel.
  • Analytisch, nauwkeurig en proactief ingesteld.
