De functie inhoud Wat ga je doen als Hoofdboekhouder regio Poperinge?

  • Van de dagelijkse boekhouding tot de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluiting: jij zorgt dat alles correct en tijdig verwerkt wordt, inclusief de intercompanyverrichtingen.
  • De Belgische fiscaliteit kent weinig geheimen voor jou. Je verzorgt onder meer de btw-aangiftes, intracommunautaire opgaves en klantenlisting.
  • Je houdt de cashflow nauwlettend in de gaten, maakt liquiditeitsplanningen op en volgt het debiteurenbeheer mee op.
  • Financiële cijfers vertaal je naar duidelijke inzichten voor de CEO en je denkt mee over budgetten, marges en rendabiliteit.
  • Ook de contacten met de revisor, banken en andere externe partners neem je voor je rekening. Daarnaast bereid je de revisorcontrole mee voor.
  • Samen met je collega binnen Accounts Payable zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse financiële administratie vlot blijft verlopen.
  • Naarmate de groep verder groeit, krijg je bovendien de kans om de financiële rapportering verder uit te bouwen en echt mee vorm te geven aan de werking.

Onze klant Je komt als Hoofdboekhouder regio Poperinge terecht bij een West-Vlaamse groep die actief is binnen energielogistiek en technische infrastructuur. Vandaag ligt de focus onder meer op de energietransitie, met oplossingen rond laadinfra, batterijopslag, zonnepanelen en energiemanagement. De groep telt intussen duizenden klanten en installaties en blijft stevig investeren in verdere groei. En die groei voel je ook intern. Er kwam een nieuw kantoor, het team werd uitgebreid en de financiële structuur wordt steeds belangrijker. Net daar ligt jouw uitdaging: mee structuur brengen in een organisatie die volop aan het groeien is. Wie ben jij als Hoofdboekhouder regio Poperinge?

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accountancy, Finance, Boekhouden of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige boekhoudkundige functie.
  • De Belgische boekhouding en fiscaliteit zijn jou goed bekend en je kunt zelfstandig richting jaarafsluiting werken.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt graag mee over hoe financiële processen beter kunnen.
  • Je kunt financiële informatie helder vertalen naar inzichten waar een CEO of managementteam effectief mee aan de slag kan.
  • Nederlands beheers je vlot. Ook in het Frans en Engels kun je professioneel communiceren.
  • Ervaring met Odoo is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
