Voor een groeiende en financieel gezonde KMO in regio Poperinge zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Hoofdboekhouder. De organisatie bestaat uit verschillende vennootschappen en bevindt zich momenteel in een verdere fase van groei en professionalisering.

Om ook de financiële afdeling future-proof te maken, zoeken zij iemand die niet alleen sterk is binnen A-Z accounting, maar ook graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je krijgt de kans om de huidige financiële werking verder te structureren, rapportering uit te bouwen en processen verder te optimaliseren.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

Als Hoofdboekhouder neem je de eindverantwoordelijkheid over de boekhouding van verschillende vennootschappen binnen de groep. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO en krijgt veel autonomie om de financiële afdeling verder vorm te geven.

  • Je beheert de volledige A-Z boekhouding van verschillende vennootschappen, inclusief intercompany-transacties.
  • Je staat in voor de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen en neemt idealiter ook de neerlegging van de jaarrekeningen voor jouw rekening.
  • Je zet een duidelijke financiële rapportering op en vertaalt cijfers naar relevante inzichten voor het management.
  • Je volgt de cashflow en liquiditeitsplanning nauwgezet op.
  • Je denkt mee over budgetten, marges en rendabiliteit.
  • Je staat in voor de btw-aangiftes en verdere fiscale opvolging.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor banken, revisoren en andere externe partners.
  • Je begeleidt een andere boekhoudkundige collega en zorgt voor een duidelijke taakverdeling binnen finance.
  • Je brengt meer structuur en efficiëntie in de financiële werking en denkt proactief mee over verdere optimalisaties en automatisering.
  • Je krijgt de ruimte om bestaande financiële processen en systemen verder te professionaliseren.

Het doel is duidelijk: zoveel mogelijk financiële kennis intern verankeren en een sterke, zelfstandige finance-afdeling uitbouwen die klaar is voor de verdere groei van de onderneming.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master binnen Accountancy, Finance of een economische richting.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen een brede A-Z boekhoudkundige functie.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig een boekhouding beheren tot en met de jaarafsluiting.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van de Belgische boekhouding en fiscaliteit.
  • Ervaring met het begeleiden of aansturen van collega's is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent zelfstandig en proactief en neemt graag ownership over jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Je kijkt verder dan de dagelijkse boekhouding en hebt interesse in rapportering, procesoptimalisatie en verdere professionalisering.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kunt je behelpen in het Frans en Engels.
