Onze klant is een toonaangevend bedrijf dat bedrijven ondersteunt bij het verduurzamen en optimaliseren van hun productieprocessen en producten. Met een sterke focus op technologie, kwaliteit en ecologische impact werken wij dagelijks aan oplossingen voor de industrie van morgen.

Ter versterking van hun team zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een Hoofdboekhouder. De organisatie telt ongeveer 120 tot 150 medewerkers en realiseert een jaarlijkse omzet van circa €20 tot €25 miljoen.

Functieomschrijving

  • Coördineert de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige werking en werkt zelf actief mee
  • Fungeert als aanspreekpunt en sparringpartner voor de Finance Manager
  • Begeleidt en motiveert het boekhoudteam
  • Zorgt voor tijdige en correcte financiële afsluitingen en interne rapportering
  • Ondersteunt bij externe audits en financiële controles
  • Waakt over de aansluiting tussen verschillende boekhoudstromen
  • Initieert verbeteringen in processen en systemen, met focus op digitalisering en efficiëntie
  • Bachelor of Masterdiploma in een financiële richting, aangevuld met relevante ervaring
  • Grondige kennis van boekhouding en een goed inzicht in bredere financiële processen
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen met een kritische en oplossingsgerichte mindset
  • Praktisch ingesteld en hands-on, met verantwoordelijkheidszin en focus op efficiëntie
  • Teamgericht, met de capaciteit om samen te werken en anderen mee te nemen
  • Ervaring met financiële tools zoals Excel en Power BI
  • Interesse in digitalisering en het verbeteren van interne processen
