Als Hoofdboekhouder beheer je de volledige boekhouding van meerdere ondernemingen: twee supermarkten, een vastgoedvennootschap en drie andere handelszaken. Je volgt de dagelijkse verrichtingen op, verzorgt de afsluitingen en bezorgt de directie betrouwbare financiële informatie.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheren van de algemene en analytische boekhouding.
  • Opvolgen van de klanten- en leveranciersfacturatie.
  • Controleren van boekingen en uitvoeren van bankafstemmingen.
  • Beheren van de thesaurie en opvolgen van de cashpositie.
  • Verzorgen van de maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Voorbereiden van balansen, resultatenrekeningen en fiscale aangiften.
  • Opvolgen van sociale aangiften en verplichtingen.
  • Opstellen van financiële rapporteringen en dashboards voor de directie.
  • Analyseren van kosten, uitgaven en marges.
  • Overleggen met de directie en collega’s van andere afdelingen.
  • Verbeteren van boekhoudkundige procedures en bestaande systemen.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in boekhouding, finance of bedrijfsbeheer.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je beheerst de algemene en analytische boekhouding.
  • Je hebt ervaring met afsluitingen, financiële rapportering en fiscale aangiften.
  • Je kan de thesaurie opvolgen en kosten en marges analyseren.
  • Je werkt vlot met boekhoudsoftware en Excel.
  • Kennis van Bob is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd en gaat discreet om met financiële gegevens.
  • Je communiceert helder en werkt goed samen met interne en externe contacten.
