Ben jij een ervaren boekhouder met een brede kennis van de volledige boekhoudkundige cyclus en houd jij ervan om een centrale en zelfstandige rol op te nemen binnen een bedrijf waar jouw expertise écht het verschil maakt? Dan is dit jouw kans!

Voor een gevestigd bouwbedrijf in de regio Olen zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Hoofdboekhouder die de volledige financiële werking zelfstandig beheert en het management ondersteunt in de dagelijkse en periodieke financiële opvolging.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je staat in voor de volledige verwerking van de inkomende factuurstroom, van het ophalen via Peppol en mail over de controle aan de hand van afleverbonnen tot de correcte boeking in het systeem; de voorbereiding van betaallijsten en de opvolging van goedkeuringen behoren eveneens tot jouw takenpakket
  • Je beheert de uitgaande facturatie voor projecten via de Peppol-tool en zorgt voor een correcte registratie van alle bank- en kasverrichtingen alsook de maandelijkse diverse dagboeken
  • Je waakt over de naleving van de inhoudingsplicht en verwerkt de bijhorende betalingen aan RSZ en btw; de maandelijkse controle van btw-rekeningen, het indienen van btw-aangiftes en het beheer van RSZ-aangiftes voor uitzonderlijke werken vallen eveneens onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je beheert de loonadministratie, vraagt de nodige attesten op voor buitenlandse leveranciers en volgt borgstellingen administratief op
  • In samenwerking met de bedrijfsrevisor zorg jij voor een vlotte en correcte jaarafsluiting, stuur je saldobrieven uit naar alle betrokken partijen en voer je alle eindejaarverrichtingen en bijhorende controles uit
  • Je verwerkt de dagelijkse inkomende post, verzorgt offertes en correspondentie rond verzekeringen en schadegevallen, stelt maandelijkse statistieken op en ondersteunt het milieubeleid door verwerkingsattesten op te vragen en lijsten bij te houden

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een relevante opleiding en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige boekhoudkundige functie
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van de volledige boekhoudkundige cyclus inclusief fiscaliteit, btw en loonadministratie
  • Ervaring binnen de bouwsector is een mooie plus en geeft jou een streepje voor
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en gestructureerd en verliest de deadlines nooit uit het oog
  • Je bent hands-on ingesteld en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid over jouw dossiers
