Voor een internationaal familiebedrijf in de regio Houthulst zijn we op zoek naar een KMO Hoofdboekhouder.

Ben jij een ervaren boekhouder die graag ownership neemt en energie haalt uit het optimaliseren van processen? Wil je terechtkomen in een ondernemende KMO met internationale activiteiten, waar je mee de financiële organisatie verder kunt uitbouwen? Dan is deze uitdaging op jouw lijf geschreven.

Als KMO Hoofdboekhouder neem je de eindverantwoordelijkheid over de boekhouding van meerdere entiteiten en werk je nauw samen met het management. Je krijgt de kans om niet alleen de dagelijkse werking mee te sturen, maar ook een belangrijke rol op te nemen in de verdere digitalisering en efficiëntie van de financiële processen.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de algemene en analytische boekhouding van meerdere vennootschappen.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en correctheid van de financiële administratie.
  • Je coördineert en controleert de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige werkzaamheden.
  • Je staat in voor de voorbereiding van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Je bereidt fiscale aangiften voor, waaronder btw-aangiftes, vennootschapsbelasting en Intrastat.
  • Je volgt de cashflow nauwgezet op en ondersteunt bij budgetopvolging.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met externe partners zoals accountants, auditors, banken en andere financiële stakeholders.
  • Je ziet toe op de correcte toepassing van boekhoudkundige en fiscale regelgeving.
  • Je speelt een actieve rol in procesoptimalisatie, automatisering en digitalisering van de financiële afdeling.
  • Je ondersteunt het management met financiële inzichten en draagt bij aan een efficiëntere werking van de organisatie.

Must haves

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een gelijkaardig functie.
  • Grondige kennis van de boekhouding van A tot Z.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Goede kennis van Excel.
  • Je bent een hands-on professional die zelfstandig werkt en overzicht bewaart.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel collega's als externe stakeholders.
  • Je bent discreet, betrouwbaar en resultaatgericht.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring binnen een internationale omgeving.
  • Kennis van Business Central.
  • Ervaring met optimalisatie- en automatiseringsprojecten.
  • Kennis van douane- of internationale handelsdossiers.
  • Praktische kennis van Frans en Engels.
