The posting

Als Hoofdboekhouder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de algemene boekhouding en het financieel-administratieve beheer. Je stuurt een boekhoudkundig team aan en combineert people management met een sterke operationele betrokkenheid.

Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor een correcte, tijdige en efficiënte verwerking van de boekhouding en speelt een belangrijke rol in diverse finance- en boekhoudkundige projecten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Aansturen, coachen, motiveren en coördineren van het boekhoudingsteam.

Verdelen en opvolgen van de werkzaamheden binnen het team.

Instaan voor de algemene boekhouding en de correcte opvolging van de boekhoudrekeningen.

Zelf operationeel meewerken binnen de boekhouding.

Verzorgen van de maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluitingen.

Opstellen en controleren van maandelijkse financiële rapporteringen.

Voorbereiden en indienen van btw-aangiftes.

Opstellen van jaarrekeningen, boekhoudkundige documenten, statistieken en fiscale en wettelijke aangiftes.

Opvolgen van de leveranciersboekhouding en toezien op tijdige en correcte betalingen.

Opvolgen van openstaande leveranciersposten en ondernemen van de nodige acties.

Beantwoorden en opvolgen van klantenvragen met betrekking tot boekhouding en financiële administratie.

Opmaken van financiële analyses en rapporteringen in Excel.

Meewerken aan en coördineren van finance-gerelateerde projecten en procesverbeteringen.

Toezien op een correcte en efficiënte financiële administratie.

Je beschikt over een Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Economie, Finance of een gelijkwaardige opleiding door ervaring.

Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen boekhouding en finance.

Je hebt een grondige kennis van algemene boekhouding, financiële administratie en boekhoudkundige processen.

Ervaring als Hoofdboekhouder, Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, Teamleader Boekhouding of vergelijkbare functie is een sterke troef.

Je bent een people manager en hebt ervaring met het aansturen, coachen of begeleiden van medewerkers.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en analytisch en hebt een sterke affiniteit met cijfers.

Je bent administratief sterk en werkt graag zelfstandig.

Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office, Word en Excel. Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.

Je bent flexibel ingesteld en kan vlot schakelen tussen operationele boekhouding, teamcoördinatie en financiële projecten.

Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans.
