Voor een innovatieve en groeiende speler in de telecom- en datacentersector in Rijkevorsel zoeken we een Hoofdelektricien / Lead Technieker. Hier werk je op een vaste binnenlocatie. Geen gure weersomstandigheden of verre verplaatsingen dus, wel een stabiele en hoogtechnologische omgeving waarin jouw leiderschap écht het verschil maakt!

Wat ga je precies doen?

Als Hoofdelektricien / Lead Technieker ben jij de spilfiguur op de werkvloer. Je stuurt niet alleen projecten aan, maar tilt ook je collega's naar een hoger niveau:

  • Teams aansturen & coördineren: Je plant en organiseert de dagelijkse taken van de installatieteams en zorgt dat iedereen efficiënt aan de slag kan.
  • Plannen valideren: Je leest, controleert en valideert complexe elektrische schema's en technische plannen.
  • Kwaliteit bewaken: Je houdt toezicht op de correcte uitvoering van de elektrische installaties en databekabeling, met oog voor een feilloze afwerking.
  • Coachen en ondersteunen: Je deelt jouw kennis, leidt teamleden op en staat paraat om complexe technische knopen door te hakken.

Wie zoeken we?
