Bij Skill Sourcing zoeken we enthousiaste individuen met interesse in de werking van vzw's en OCMW's, waarbij zowel kennis van wetgeving, software als operationele processen relevant is. Of je nu al ervaring hebt in dit domein of de ambitie hebt om je hierin te verdiepen, bij Skill Sourcing ondersteunen we momenteel een diversiteit aan vzw's en lokale besturen, en zijn we op zoek naar nieuwe teamleden.

Als hoofdmaatschappelijk werker speel je een sleutelrol in de coördinatie, voorbereiding en uitvoering van het lokaal sociaal beleid. Je neemt een expertenrol op binnen het team en draagt actief bij aan een kwalitatieve hulpverlening. Daarnaast zorg je voor een heldere en doeltreffende externe communicatie van het team.

Je bent een inspirerende leidinggevende die inzet op de motivatie en competentieontwikkeling van medewerkers. Door sterke coaching en aansturing zorg je voor een goed functionerend en gemotiveerd team.
