Ben jij een echte organisator met een hart voor bouwmaterialen én mensen? Voor een sterk en modern bouwbedrijf in Hoogstraten zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren hoofdmagazijnier die het overzicht bewaart, zijn team weet te motiveren en elke dag de magazijnwerking vlot laat draaien.

Wat houdt jouw job in?

Als hoofdmagazijnier ben jij het kloppend hart van het magazijn:

  • Je bewaakt deadlines en zorgt dat alles tijdig en correct verloopt
  • Je analyseert processen en denkt mee over efficiëntere werkmethodes
  • Je stuurt een team magazijniers aan, motiveert hen en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking
  • Je springt bij in de operationele werking waar nodig – je staat dus ook zelf met de voeten op de vloer
  • Je begeleidt klanten, denkt mee en geeft bouwtechnisch advies op maat

Kortom: jij zorgt voor structuur, overzicht én een vlotte flow in het magazijn.

Je hoeft geen superheld te zijn, maar dit breng je idealiter wel mee:

  • Aantoonbare ervaring als leidinggevende binnen een magazijnomgeving
  • Goede kennis van bouwmaterialen en technisch inzicht
  • Ervaring met de heftruck (attest is een mooie plus!)
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, bent klantgericht en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet mensen mee te krijgen
