Omschrijving

Als Hoofdmagazijnier neem je de dagelijkse leiding over het magazijn en zorg je ervoor dat alle logistieke processen vlot en veilig verlopen. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en werkt actief mee met jouw team. Tegelijk bewaak je de planning, de samenwerking en de algemene werking van het magazijn.

Je bent de rechterhand van de filiaalhouder voor alles wat leeft binnen het magazijn en vormt de cruciale schakel tussen verschillende afdelingen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Dagelijkse leiding van het magazijn en aansturing van de magazijniers.
  • Actief meewerken op de werkvloer bij ontvangst, stockage, orderpicking en goederenafgifte.
  • Opvolgen van de werkorganisatie, prioriteiten en personeelsplanning.
  • Opstellen en coördineren van de verlofregeling binnen het magazijnteam.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor magazijniers, collega's en andere interne stakeholders.
  • Signaleren van aandachtspunten, opportuniteiten en verbeteringen aan de filiaalhouder.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie tussen magazijn, kantoor, dispatch en andere vestigingen.
  • Waken over orde, netheid, veiligheid en efficiëntie in het magazijn.
  • Ondersteunen van een positieve teamsfeer en motiveren van medewerkers.
  • Toezien op een correcte stockbeheer- en magazijnwerking.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring in een magazijnomgeving, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende rol.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke coach die mensen motiveert en verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen.
  • Je combineert organisatorisch talent met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende collega's en afdelingen.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht.
  • Je hebt ervaring met logistieke processen en magazijnbeheer.
  • Een heftruckattest is een pluspunt.
