Ben jij een ervaren diagnosetechnicus met leidinggevend talent en een passie voor de overstap naar groene mobiliteit? Voor onze werkplaats zoeken wij een Hoofd Mechaniek die onze vloot van elektrische en dieselbussen in topconditie houdt en een team van ca. 12 garagemedewerkers aanstuurt.

Team & Organisatie:

  • Je geeft leiding aan een team van een 12-tal garagemedewerkers.
  • Je maakt de dagelijkse werkverdeling op, stelt de planning samen en houdt rekening met (commerciële) prioriteiten en de specifieke sterktes van elk teamlid.
  • Je controleert de uitgevoerde werken, stelt bij waar nodig en bewaakt het naleven van milieu- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Sleutelen & Diagnosestelling (Expertrol):

  • Je bent zelf actief bezig met het stellen van diagnoses bij (complexe) elektrische en mechanische problemen.
  • Bij grote complicaties aan elektrische bussen voer je zelf de herstellingen uit (inclusief het opvragen van elektronische schema's bij constructeurs).
  • Je staat in voor de installatie van track & trace-systemen en geeft door welke wisselstukken besteld moeten worden.

Kennisdeling & Samenwerking:

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de vloer; je staat mekaniekers bij met raad en daad en deelt jouw expertise op een toegankelijke manier.
  • Je borgt opgebouwde kennis (bijv. documenteren van werkwijzen en optimalisaties).
  • Je onderhoudt een vlotte communicatie met chauffeurs, administratieve collega's, de aankoopdienst en externe constructeurs.

Profiel

Ervaring:

  • Minstens 10 jaar ervaring in het onderhoud en de diagnose van voertuigen (ervaring met bussen of vrachtwagens is een grote plus).
  • Technische expertise: Diepgaande kennis van elektriciteit en mechanica, evenals een sterke affiniteit met en kennis van elektrische voertuigen (EV).

Leiderschap & Persoonlijkheid:

  • Organisatorisch sterk, oplossingsgericht en communicatief vaardig. Je weet een team te motiveren en het beste in hen naar boven te halen.

Attesten & Talen:

  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs D (of bereid dit te behalen).
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands.

Overig:

  • Goede kennis van MS Office en een sterke focus op veiligheid en netheid op de werkvloer.
