Als hoofdmonteur ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen de werf, je collega's en de klant. Je krijgt de vrijheid om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, technische uitdagingen aan te pakken en samen met je vaste collega een sterk eindresultaat neer te zetten.

Geen ingewikkelde hiërarchie, wel korte communicatielijnen, een familiale werksfeer en collega's die voor elkaar klaarstaan.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als hoofdmonteur neem je het voortouw bij de plaatsing en afwerking van automatische deursystemen op uiteenlopende werven
  • Samen met je vaste collega vorm je een sterk duo, waarbij jij de werkzaamheden coördineert en zorgt dat alles vlot en veilig verloopt
  • Tijdens de uitvoering stem je regelmatig af met aannemers, projectleiders en interne diensten, zodat iedereen op dezelfde golflengte zit
  • Ook bij technische uitdagingen houd je het hoofd koel, zoek je naar een passende oplossing en zorg je voor een verzorgde oplevering waar zowel jij als de klant tevreden over zijn
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding of hebt via eerdere montagewerkzaamheden op de werf de nodige praktijkkennis opgebouwd
  • Ervaring met montageprojecten is mooi meegenomen, zeker wanneer je al verantwoordelijkheid op de werf hebt opgenomen
  • Verder combineer je een goede basiskennis mechanica en elektriciteit met technisch inzicht, een praktische aanpak en de motivatie om fysiek werk te verrichten
