The posting

Bij een technisch specialist in industriële automatisering en watertechniek in Nunspeet realiseer je als hoofdmonteur besturings- en regeltechnische installaties. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende toepassingen, van meet- en regeltechniek voor biogasopwaardering tot waterbehandelingsinstallaties in zwembaden en dierentuinen. Je zorgt dat besturingspanelen, veldbekabeling en aangesloten componenten correct worden gemonteerd en voorbereid zijn op de inbedrijfstelling. Daarbij bewaak je de kwaliteit van het montagewerk en de bestede uren. Meestal werk je samen met een collega op klantlocatie; af en toe bouw je schakelkasten in de werkplaats. Je stemt materialen af met de werkvoorbereider en voert samen met de inbedrijfsteller of PLC-programmeur I/O-tests uit. Binnen het montageteam kun je terugvallen op collega's. Met opleidingen en verschillende technische projecten verdiep je je kennis van besturingstechniek en procesautomatisering. Functie-inhoud - Monteren en realiseren van besturings- en regeltechnische installaties - Bedraden van besturingspanelen en bouwen van schakelkasten - Bekabelen van fabrieksinstallaties en machinekamers van zwembaden - Uitvoeren van I/O-tests samen met de inbedrijfsteller of PLC-programmeur - Afstemmen van benodigde materialen met de werkvoorbereider - Bewaken van montagekwaliteit en urenbesteding Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo-opleiding in besturingstechniek, mechatronica of elektrotechniek, of gelijkwaardige werkervaring - Ervaring als monteur of hoofdmonteur in besturingstechniek of mechatronica - Ervaring met installaties voor industriële productie- en procesautomatisering - Je kunt elektrische schema's lezen en vertalen naar montage en bekabeling - Je werkt zorgvuldig en stemt werkzaamheden praktisch af met collega's op locatie Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 45.000 en € 65.000 (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring) - 38 vrije dagen per jaar: 25 vakantiedagen en 13 adv-dagen - Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast contract - Een mod.
