Bij deze doorgewinterde totaalinstallateur krijg je als hoofdmonteur Werktuigbouwkunde de leiding over uitdagende klussen in de utiliteit: van ziekenhuizen tot moderne kantoorpanden. Jij bent de baas op de vloer en zorgt dat de werktuigbouwkundige installaties vlekkeloos en volgens planning worden gemonteerd. Vragen? Neem contact op met Robin Plazier Wat je doet als Hoofdmonteur W Als hoofdmonteur combineer je vakmanschap met leiderschap op de locatie: - Je stuurt monteurs, leerlingen en onderaannemers aan op de bouwplaats en verdeelt de taken. - Je monteert en controleert zelfstandig complexe HVAC- en sanitairinstallaties. - Je overlegt dagelijks met de projectleider over de voortgang, materialen en de planning. - Je bewaakt de veiligheid op de werkvloer en haalt kwaliteitsnormen moeiteloos. Hier herken jij je in Jij bent een doener met overzicht en mensen werken graag onder jouw leiding. - Een afgeronde MBO-3 of 4 opleiding richting Installatietechniek of Werktuigbouwkunde - Ruime ervaring als monteur in de utiliteit en de ambitie (of ervaring) om een team te leiden - Een geldige VCA-VOL (of de bereidheid om deze via ons te halen) - Woonachtig in Zuid-Limburg en in het bezit van rijbewijs B Dit krijg jij Een krachtige functie met veel waardering en uitstekende voorwaarden: - Salaris tussen € 3.500,- en € 4.600,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw vakmanschap - Een gloednieuwe, goed uitgeruste werkbus met hoogwaardig gereedschap - 38 vrije dagen per jaar (25 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV) zodat je ook genoeg tijd hebt om te ontspannen - Een hecht team waarin collegialiteit en korte lijnen vooropstaan Klaar voor de volgende stap?
