The posting

Je vormt een team met een monteur. Als hoofdmonteur neem je de leiding. Elke ochtend trekken jullie er samen op uit om warmtepompen te installeren bij mensen die op zoek zijn naar verkoeling, verwarming en als het kan, een fikse besparing op hun energiefactuur.

· Je boort gaten.

· Je monteert kabelgoten voor koelvloeistofleidingen, de condensafvoer en elektriciteitskabels.

· Je legt koelleidingen, condensafvoeren en elektriciteitskabels.

· Je installeert de buiten- en binnenunits.

· Alles geïnstalleerd? Dan voer je de nodige controles uit.

· Als hoofdmonteur start je de installatie op, geef je uitleg aan de klant en laat je een propere werf achter.

· Je neemt initiatief, geeft leiding aan je kompaan en neemt de verantwoordelijkheid op van de installatie.

· Je werkt zowel bij particulieren als bij bedrijven (kantoren en magazijnen)

Wat is er zo tof aan de job?

· Je ziet meteen resultaat van je werk: een mooi uitgevoerde installatie en klanten met een brede smile op hun gezicht.

· Je wil meedenken? Hier krijg je inspraak. Laat je horen en samen met de technische mensen bespreken we je voorstellen.

Techniek zit in je vingers. Iets in elkaar steken dat werkt, bezorgt je telkens weer een kick.

· Een specifiek diploma is niet gevraagd. Maar een achtergrond in de bouw is een groot voordeel.

· Heb je bepaalde certificaten behaald? Da's ook een pluspunt.

· Ervaring met warmtepompen is een vereiste.

· Je hebt technisch inzicht in bouwen. Je doorziet snel de structuur van een gebouw en je weet hoe en waar je de installatie elektrisch aansluit.

· Je bent handig, praktisch ingesteld, je denkt na over wat je doet en je bent niet te beroerd om in moeilijke situaties naar oplossingen te zoeken.

· Je bent sociaal vaardig. Want je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en legt hen uit hoe hun systeem werkt.

· Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en zin voor initiatief.

Ambitieus?

Sowieso krijg je een praktische training on the job. Maar voor wie graag bijleert, financiert bedrijf x een opleiding koeltechnieken.
