Heb jij minstens 5 jaar ervaring in planning en people management en stuur je graag een team aan binnen een logistieke context?

Je komt terecht in een groeiende logistieke organisatie regio Gent met meerdere vestigingen in België. Deze speler focust op transport en distributie, waarbij efficiënte planning en klantgericht werken centraal staan.

De organisatie zet sterk in op groei en schaalvergroting en biedt een werkomgeving waar verantwoordelijkheid, initiatief en samenwerking belangrijk zijn. Je werkt in een team waar beslissingen nemen en ownership opnemen dagelijks aan bod komen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij stuurt het planningsteam van 3 planners aan en zorgt voor coaching, motivatie en dagelijkse opvolging
  • Je voert evaluatie- en groeigesprekken en ondersteunt medewerkers in hun professionele ontwikkeling
  • Je stelt de verlofplanning op en bewaakt de continuïteit van de planning
  • Operationeel meewerken schrikt je niet af want je springt bij in de planning bij afwezigheden of piekmomenten
  • Je fungeert als back-up voor de specialist en bewaakt zo de operationele werking
  • Het stellen van duidelijke prioriteiten voor klanten en planning behoort tot je kernverantwoordelijkheden
  • Je onderhoudt rechtstreeks klantencontact bij escalaties en complexe dossiers
  • Afspraken maken met klanten en planners meenemen in dit proces om hun klantinzicht te versterken
  • Je werkt forecasts uit en bepaalt de nodige capaciteit aan chauffeurs en back-ups
  • Afstemming met andere teams zorgt ervoor dat grijze zones efficiënt worden opgelost
  • Je bemiddelt waar nodig met andere teamleaders om de samenwerking te optimaliseren
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen planning en/of logistiek
  • Je beschikt over aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen van een team
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Frans voor een correcte samenwerking met klanten en interne teams
